印染工业园区综合污水处理中试研究

摘要 采用混凝沉淀/水解酸化/好氧生化/高效澄清组合工艺对某印染工业园区综合污水厂的废水进行中试试验。结果表明,进水CODcr为1089.3mg/L、色度为348倍左右时,混凝初沉池投加硫酸亚铁对CODcr的去除率可以达到35%左右,有效地降低了生化系统的进水负荷;初沉出水经水解酸化池后B/C提高了0.1左右,色度降至128倍左右,好氧生化池对CODcr去除率达到75%以上,二沉池出水色度在74倍左右;澄清池中复配投加脱色剂和絮凝剂,可使系统的出水CODcr小于100mg/L,色度小于40倍。废水经该组合工艺处理,出水水质能够达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》GB4287-92中的一级标准。经核算,该工艺的直接运行成本为0.89元/m3(不含污泥处理成本)。 Pilot plant test for the wastewater of comprehensive sewage treatment plant in a printing-dye industrial park was carried out by adopting coagulation precipitate/hydrolysis acidification /aerobic biochemical/efficient clarification process.Results show that when CODcr and chromaticity of influent is 1089.3 mg/L and 348 times respectively,the removal rate of CODcr can achieve around 35% by dosing ferrous sulfate in the coagulative precipitation tank,and the fill load of the biochemical system reduced effectively;The B/C of the effluent of primary settling tank increased about 0.1 after the hydrolysis-acidification tank,and chromaticity dropped to around 128 times,the removal rate of CODcr is more than 75% in the aerobic biochemical tank,the chromaticity of the effluent of secondary settling tank is around 74 times;When dosing decolorant and coagulant in the clarification tank,could make the CODcr and chromaticity of the effluent less than 100mg/L and 40 times respectively.By the treatment of the combination process,the effluent quality is able to achieve the primary standard of 'Discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry'(GB4287-92).After accounting,the direct operation costs of the process is 0.89 yuan/m3(excluding sludge treatment costs).
