摘要 本文分析了矿井提升机原来控方式的不足,近而提出了矿井提升机变频器调速方案。给出了提升机类变频器项目建设的理由和依据、提升系统的变频调速优点、改造后的用户收益、深入分析了提升机节能计算理论依据,通过实例的改造前后计算,得到实际节能效果。阐述了矿井提升机高压变频器实用性和未来社会效益及推广和应用前景。 This article analyzes the weakness of existing mine hoist's control mode,further presents the speed regulation for mine hoist converter.In addition,the reason and basis for hoist converter construction projects,the advantage of variable frequency speed regulation for hoist system,user's benefits after the improvement are also be introduced. The author further analyzes the theoretical basis for hoist energy efficiency calculation.The practical efficiency of energy saving can be calculated by examples before and after the improvement.Finally,the author explicates the usefulness of high-voltage inverter mine hoist and future social application prospects.
