摘要
研究思想政治工作与企业文化建设相结合的促进作用及有效途径,确立与整个社会的正确价值导向相符合的企业价值观,培育具有时代特征和鲜明个性的企业精神,使之成为顺利实现企业改革和发展目标的思想保证。
Research on the effective way to promote the combination of ideological and political work and construction of corporate culture,establishment of enterprise value which is consistent with the correct value of the entire community and cultivation of the enterprise spirit with characteristic of times and distinctive personality,what is the ideological guarantee to realize enterprise reform and development goals.
