The Conditions and Direction of Cross-strait Political Negotiations

伴随着两岸交往不断增加,其所衍生出来的问题也日渐增多。在适当的时机、合适的地点开启和加强两岸政治谈判刻不容缓。笔者认为两岸要进行政治谈判,必须具备一定的条件,基于实现两岸交往的不足,两岸应该以民族大义为重,捐弃前嫌,携手共创两岸政治谈判的有利条件与营造和谐氛围。惟此,两岸政治谈判才可能顺利有序展开。

With the increasing cross-strait exchanges, the problems have been increasing. At the right time and right place to open and strengthen cross-strait political negotiations must be done without delay. This paper proposed that the two sides to conduct political negotiations, must have certain conditions, based on the lack of cross-strait exchanges, the two sides should be based on national interests, to bury the hatchet and join hands to create favorable conditions for cross-strait political talks and create a harmonious atmosphere. Only in this way, cross-strait political negotiations can start smoothly and orderly.
