People-oriented and governing for the people is the core of the CPC’s administrative concept. It’s helpful to deepen understanding of the history that the CPC from the non-ruling Communist Party to the ruling party and make victory in the cause of socialism and deepen understanding and awareness of the connotation of CPC’s administrative concept to grasp this core. Thereby, people can enhance consciousness and initiative to implement CPC’s administrative concept in the new era.
