连续固体激光利用光学斯塔克效应在半导体饱和光阑中产生超短脉冲的机制浅析

摘要 量子尺寸水平的斯塔克位移把透明吸收体的激励到最低程度,这种情况下饱和吸收带可产生极短的脉冲,这种机制能够确保自启动产生超短脉冲. It is shown the Stark shift of the quantum-size level in the case of excitation below the edge of the absorption band in a saturable absorber can provide the formation of an extremely short laser pulse.The mechanism under consideration provides self-starting of generation of ultrashort pulses.
