摘要
CINRAD-SA雷达多次出现仰角正常限位、死区限位等误报警故障,原因为雷达滑环故障;其特征反复出现,报警频率也不固定,严重时造成雷达天线无法工作。通过对滑环故障现象和维修过程进行分析,找出此类疑难故障的解决方法,达到为技术保障人员提供处置措施、增加维修经验和快速修复的目的。
False alarms such as normal elevation limit and deadband limit occur multi-times for the CINRAD-SA radar.These failures,which are caused by slip-ring anomalies of the radar and characterized with repeate occurrence and unfixed frequency,often make the antenna of radar unable to work.In order for the relevant technicians to solve such troubles quickly and hence to increase their service experiences,the phenomena of slip-ring failure and its repairing course are analyzed and some measures and methods for dealing with the problem have been proposed.
