摘要
混凝土裂缝的存在将会影响构件的耐久性,严重者还会影响结构的承载能力,因此,多数情况下需要对混凝土裂缝进行修复处理.由于常用的裂缝修复技术多种多样,使得裂缝修复具有一定复杂性,部分工程由于修复技术选用不合理而出现二次开裂情况.本研究提出裂缝修复加固综合法,采用玄武岩纤维水泥砂浆和灌浆法修补混凝土裂缝,同时在梁底粘贴玄武岩纤维布提高构件抗弯承载力,试验研究表明,该综合修复技术既提高了构件的抗裂度和刚度,增强二次抗开裂能力,又有效提高受弯构件的抗弯承载力,达到综合修复的效果,经济效益优于目前常用修复技术.
Concrete Cracks will affect the durability of construction members,and even worse,will affect the bearing capacity.So in most cases,repairs should be made to concrete cracks.There is a variety of crack repairing methods being used currently,and thus it is difficult to choose among many choices.Once the choice of repair method is made wrongly,recracks will occur again.This essay talks about the integrated repair and reinforcement method with the use of basalt fiber cement mortar and grouting.At the same time basalt fiber sheets will be pasted under the bottom of the beams in order to improve flexural capacity of members.Experimental results show that this method can not only enhance the crack resistance,stiffness,recrack resistance,but also effectively increase the flexural capacity and achieve an integrated performance in repair.Its economic benefits are better than the commonly-used repair technologies.
