Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Purchase Performance of Project Materials

加强项目物资采购管理工作对于保证工程质量和进度,降低工程成本,增加企业经济效益起着非常重要的作用.建立有效的、全面的、科学的物资采购绩效评价体系是完善和规范发展采购管理的一个重要环节.本文应用模糊综合评价方法,构造综合评价模型,确定评价指标体系和评价指标权重,建立评价集和评价矩阵,进行模糊综合评价,研究并形成了定量分析与定性分析相结合的项目物资采购绩效评价方法.以某工程项目物资采购绩效评价为例,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性.

Strengthening purchase management of project materials is very important to ensure engineering quality and period,reduce costs and increase the economic benefits of the enterprises.Establishing an operative,general and scientific evaluation system on purchase performance of project materials is an important step to perfect and develop purchase management.The paper applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the comprehensive evaluation model,determine evaluation index system and index weight and establish evaluation set and matrix for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The performance evaluation method is presented on purchase of project materials,in which the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are combined.The rationality and validity of the method are verified by the case analysis of purchase performance evaluation of a practical project.
