建立工程评审机制,提高设计人员的整体素质,有效调动设计单位的积极性,注重加强项目建设中设计变更的管理,大力推行实施限额设计是从工程设计方面有效控制工程造价的关键措施.
The establishment project appraisal mechanism,improves designers' overall quality,arouses Designing department's enthusiasm effectively,pays great attention to strengthen in the project construction the design alteration management,carries out the implementation quota design is from vigorously the engineering design aspect active control building cost of projects essential measure.
