摘要
从食品产业链上游的原料生产入手,基于区位商方法,分析了河北省主要食品原料产品的产量及产值优势。结果表明:河北省具备明显的农牧产品生产优势,为河北省食品产业的发展提供了充足的原料。
Starting with the raw material production of food industry,based on the location quotient,this paper analyzes the advantages on the yield and value of food raw material products in Hebei Province.The results show that Hebei Province has the obvious advantages on the agricultural and animal husbandry production,which can provide the sufficient raw materials for the development of food industry.
