培养容器对金叶复叶槭无糖培养的影响

Effect of culture vessel on development of plantlet in sugar-free tissue culture of Acer negundo 'Aureomarginatum'

研究了无糖培养条件下,培养容器对金叶复叶槭离体苗根、叶及苗生长的影响,结果表明:不同培养容器对金叶复叶槭离体苗生长影响较大,在500 mL兰花透气瓶中,新叶数量为4.7对,苗高7.42 cm,生根率100%,根数为6.35条,根长1.33 cm,苗生长表现最好;在150 mL的普通瓶中,随着通气孔数量增加,苗的生长表现越差,通气孔的数量不宜超过2个.

The effect of culture vessel on the in vitro plantlet development of Acer negundo 'Aureomarginatum' in sugar-free tissue culture was studied.The results showed that culture vessels had a major influence on the plantlet growth of A.negundo.The plantlets grew best in the 500 mL culture vessel,in which the leaves quantity were 4.7,height of plantlet was 7.42 cm,the rooting rate was 100%,the rooting quantity was 6.35,and the rooting length was 1.33 cm.Whereas in the 150 mL culture vessels,the plantlets exhibited stunting.With the air vents increase in the number,the worse the growth performance of plantlets,and the number of air vents should not be more than 2.
