摘要
以老鹰茶为原料,总黄酮含量为考核指标,研究了微波辅助提取老鹰茶总黄酮的工艺,并对其抑菌活性进行了探讨.在单因素的基础上,通过正交试验,确定老鹰茶总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度70%、液料比40 g/mL、微波功率中火、微波时间50 s,总黄酮含量可达5.78 g/100 g(以槲皮素计).抑菌试验结果表明,老鹰茶总黄酮提取物除对大肠杆菌、产气杆菌无抑制作用外,对供试的炭疽杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌等均有不同程度的抑制作用.
Experiments were conducted to study the extraction conditions of microwave-assisted extraction technology of total flavonoids from Litsea coreana L.which was as raw materials.Simultaneously,the antibacterial bioactivities of total flavonoids extracts were discussed.The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids by using orthogonal experiment based on single factor were obtained as ethanol solvents 70%,ratio of liquid to material 40 g/mL at microwave middle power for 50 s.Yield of rude total flavonoids was 5.78 g/100 g(as quercetin).Antibacterial test showed that the extraction solution of flavonoids extracts had some inhibitory ability to Bacillus anthraci,Proteusbacillus vulgaris,Staphyloccocus aureus,and Bacillus subtilis;while it had no inhibitory ability to Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens.
