摘要 儿童股骨干骨折是常见的小儿损伤,多是高能量损伤,以往较多采用垂直悬吊皮牵引,闭合复位髋人字石膏固定,骨牵引,外固定,切开复位钢板内固定治疗等,以上方法或存在护理麻烦,不能早期活动,住院时间长,成角畸形不易矫正;或存在创伤大,
