湖北省2010年35家医院综合ICU三种导管相关性感染调查

Investigation of Tubes Induced Infection in Synthetic ICU of Hospitals in Hubei Province in 2010

目的:对湖北省2010年35家医院综合ICU三种导管相关性感染进行调查,以采取有效措施降低临床感染率。方法:按医院感染监测规范方法,对35家医院综合ICU患者导尿管、中心静脉插管、呼吸机使用率和感染率进行调查。结果:共监测病例21 898例,发生感染1 428例,感染率6.52%,感染例次率7.39%。导尿管、中心静脉插管、呼吸机使用率分别是72.64%、46.06%和26.72%;感染率分别是1.43‰、1.27‰和26.83‰。结论:ICU是医院感染的高发病区,应加强监控,积极干预。

Objective To investigate the hospital infection status induced by using three sorts of tubes in synthetic ICU of hospitals in Hubei province in 2010,and to explore the effctive method to control the infection rates.Methods According to the standard of monitoring hospital infection,infection rates were monitored in patients with intra-urethral cannula,central vein cannula and using breathing machine.Results Total 21 898 cases were investigated.The infection rate was 6.52%,the frequency of infective cases was 7.39%.The usage and infective rates of patients with intra-urethral cannula,central vein cannula and using breathing machine were 72.64%,46.06%,26.72% and 1.43‰,1.27‰,26.83‰,respectively.Conclusion ICU may be the ward with high incidence of nosocomial infection,monitoring and control should be strengthened.
