现代旅游企业的竞争本质上是企业文化的竞争。旅游企业文化建设的成效如何是衡量企业综合实力的重要标准之一。生态文明导向的旅游企业文化建设,是现代旅游企业承担社会责任的需要和实现可持续发展的根本保证。以生态文明为导向,对旅游企业价值观和发展目标、行为准则和社会形象方面进行探讨,是对旅游企业文化建设的创新和尝试。
The competition of modern tourism enterprise is essentially the competition of tourism enterprise culture.The effect on the construction of tourism enterprise culture is one of the significant standards to measure the enterprise comprehensive strength.The construction of tourism enterprise culture guided by ecological civilization is the necessity of taking social responsibility and the guarantee of sustainable development.It's an innovation and experiment on the construction of tourism enterprise culture guided by ecological civilization from the aspects of value,criterion of conduct and enterprise image.
