农村留守妇女是一个特殊的弱势群体,其人权的被践踏和其人身权及财产权等方面受到侵害的现象极为明显。保护农村留守妇女的权利,在客观上表现为需要国家处理好立法、司法、执法方面的有关问题,主观上则表现为要加强农村留守妇女自身的维权意识。

Women left in rural areas are special vulnerable groups.The phenomenon of which human rights are abused and his personal right and property rights are infringed is very obvious.It is from within the family,such as divorce brought them harm,also from outside the home,such as the body against some people,mainly the sexual assault of women left in rural areas. The protection of rural women' s rights,in the objective need reflects that the state deal with the legislative,judicial,law enforcement issues,in the subjective need show that we should strengthen women's own human rights consciousness.
