摘要 为适应旅游业国际化复合型人才培养的需求,湖南人文科技学院旅游管理专业构建了三层次的实践教学体系,采用了四年不断线的实践教学方式和多样化的实践教学渠道。为保障旅游管理专业实践教学的顺利进行,还需要加大校内实践教学资源的投入、重视校外实习基地的建设、完善实践教学考核制度、加强师资队伍的建设、突出就业导向的实践活动。 To meet the demand of composite talent training for tourism internationalization,the major of tourism management in Hunan Institute of Humanities,Science and Technology constructs three-level teaching system,which adopts a four-year continuous teaching practice and a variety of practical teaching channels.To guarantee the smooth progress of the practical teaching of tourism management,it is necessary to increase the allocation of teaching resources,pay more attention to the construction of off-campus practice bases,improve the practice of teaching evaluation system and strengthen the faculty building and highlight the practical employment - oriented activities.
