摘要
目的研究川芎嗪(TMP)对实验性重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的影响,并进一步探讨川芎嗪治疗SAP的作用机理。方法经胆胰管逆行注射1.5%去氧胆酸钠建立SAP模型,观察血中淀粉酶(AMY)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、腹水量,并对胰腺组织进行病理组织形态学检查。结果川芎嗪可降低升高的血清AMY、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6的水平,而IL-10水平略高于SAP组,可减少腹水的生成,并改善SAP时胰腺的水肿、炎症、出血及坏死。结论 TMP对SAP有治疗作用,其机制与降低IL-6、TNF-α含量、升高IL-10,抑制巨噬细胞释放促炎因子,降低血清AMY、CRP,改善胰腺功能有关。
Objective To study the influence of tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) on experimental severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) model and investigate the acting machanism of TMP on SAP.Mothods Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) model was prepared by the improved Chetty's method.At 3,6,12h after administration,serum samples were respectively taken,serum AMY,CRP,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α levels was tested.Meanwhile,the weight of ascitic fluid and pancreatic histomorphology were also observed.Rusults TMP could markedly down-regulate serum AMY and CRP,inhibit TNF-α and IL-6 experession,reduce the generation of ascitic fluid and alleviate the severity of pancreatic damage in rats with SAP.Conclusion TMP could treat SAP,the acting mechanism was related to its down-regulation of AMY,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and inhibition of inflammatory factors releasing.
