摘要
目的统计分析医院妇科门诊中药用药状况,指导临床合理用药。方法收集2010年1月至2011年3月我院妇科500例患者的中药处方,对中药饮片使用情况统计调查和分析。结果患者中月经失调占56.4%,痛经占14.6%,乳腺炎或乳腺增生占5.6%,盆腔炎占3.8%,阴道炎占1.4%,其他占18.2%。结论我院妇科中药处方能结合病情,合理应用。
Objective Statistic and analyzing traditional Chinese medicine of gynecological clinic,in ordor to guide clinical rational drug use.Methods we collected the 500 patients,Chinese medicine prescription from 2010.01 to 2011.03,investigating and analyzing its Chinese medicine usage.Results the patients of menstrual disorder,dysmenorrheal,mastitis or cyclomastopathy,pelvic inflammatory disease,vaginitis account for 56.4%,14.6%,5.6%,3.8%,1.4%.Conclusion the TCM prescription of my hospital can combine the disease,is proper application.
