实时三维超声心动图评价青、中年肥胖者左室收缩同步性

Assessment of left ventricular systolic synchrony in young and middle-aged obese subjects by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography

摘要 目的:探讨应用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)技术评价青、中年肥胖者左室收缩同步性的早期变化及临床意义。方法:对37例肥胖者(肥胖组)和34例年龄、性别匹配的正常者(对照组)行RT-3DE检查,应用软件分析整体、17节段容积-时间曲线,比较左室收缩同步性各项参数。结果:与对照组比较,肥胖组左室17节段容积-时间曲线异常,左室收缩同步性参数Tmsv16-Dif增高(P<0.05),Tmsv16-SD、Tmsv12-SD、Tmsv12-Dif、Tmsv16-SD%、Tmsv12-SD%、Tmsv16-Dif%及Tmsv12-Dif%明显增高(P<0.01)。两组间EDV、ESV及LVEF比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肥胖者左室心肌收缩同步性减低,RT-3DE技术可以早期发现肥胖者左室收缩同步性异常。
