近年来,我国金融消费侵权和纠纷的案件数量呈逐年上升的趋势,突显了我国金融消费者权益保护的严重滞后。纵观世界范围内的金融消费者保护领域,英国有着比较成熟的经验,我们可以从中借鉴学习,为建设我国的金融消费者权益保护机制做准备。本文对英国设立保护金融消费者权益机制的经验加以介绍,并针对我国的现实情况提出相关建议。

In recent years,financial consumption tort and dispute cases in China are increasing year by year,which shows that the financial consumer protection system in China lags behind other countries.British consumer protection in finance has more mature experience.This paper will introduce the experience of setting up financial consumer agency to protect consumer in UK and give the suggestions based on the present condition of China.
