北方新民居“节能节地示范住宅”规划研究——张家口市涿鹿县清宁堡新民居规划

Study on the planning of New Dwellings in the north of residential energy conservation and land——New Dwellings planning in Qing Ningbao , Zhuolu County of Zhangjiakou City

通过对张家口市涿鹿县清宁堡新民居规划分析表明:清宁堡新民居工程遵循"节能节地型"规划设计原则,不仅节约农村住宅用地,增加耕地面积,而且增加了住户的建筑面积,大大改善的农民的居住条件.清宁堡新民居工程不仅对张家口市新农村住宅建设具有实际意义,而且对我国北方广大地区的新农村建设具有指导意义和推广价值,有着巨大的经济效益和社会效益.

Based on the Zhuolu County of Zhangjiakou City , New Dwellings in Qing Ningbao planning analysis showed that : New Dwellings in Qing Ningbao projects follow the ' energy-saving and land-based ' plan design principles , not only to save the rural residential land , to increase arable land area , and increased building tenants area , greatly improving the living conditions of farmers. New Houses in Qing Ningbao project clear not only to residential construction in rural areas of Zhangjiakou City of practical significance , but also large areas of north China's new countryside construction and promotion of the value of guidance , with huge economic and social benefits.
