Paper examines how the modified rectifier welding machines for TIG welding and the use of process control system for TIG welding machine. Modified after the TIG welding functions to ensure the basic requirements to achieve ahead of schedule and lag unaspirated,automatic arc welding current and attenuation,low costs but also ensures high quality welding,heat-affected small,small deformation and appearance,such as molding.
