我国高校运用BOT模式融资的问题与对策

Countermeasures and Problems of Using BOT Financial Mode in Chinese University

目前我国高校运用BOT模式融资过程中普遍存在法律法规不配套、角色转换、风险防范、缺乏管理协调机制等方面的问题,为此应采取加强法律法规建设、引进和培养专门人才、加强风险管理、注重协调机制建设等对策和措施.

There are some problems such as not to form a complete set in laws、role transferring、risk preventing、mechanism of management and coordination and so on in the using field on BOT Financial Model in Chinese University,it should adopt countermeasures of reinforcing law construction、introducing and develop talents、managing risk、building mechanism of management and coordination and so on to solve the above issues.
