江汉油田污水处理工作的现状与思考

随着工业化进程的加快和社会经济的快速发展,人们越来越认识到环境问题已成为制约社会可持续发展的关键因素之一。作为污染环境比较严重的油气和化工生产企业,污水处理工作尤为重要。提升油田污水处理能力,需进一步完善管网布局,消灭盲区、盲点;探索污水处理市场化途径,建立适应市场经济要求的管理机制;强化工作责任,提高管理水平。

As industrialization deepens and the development of society and economy gains speed,more and more people come to notice that environmental problems have hindered the sustainable social development. To the heavy polluters oil gas and chemical industries,sewage treatment looms large.To enhance sewage treatment ability,relevant departments should improve the layout of pipeline network and wipe out any blind spots;should seek marketization of sewage treatment and set up a management system compatible with market economy;and finally should strengthen the sense of accountability and management skills.
