On How to Improve Party Development by Establishing Study- Oriented Party Branches

党支部是中国共产党创建"学习型政党"的基本细胞、基本单元。创建学习型党支部是建设"学习型社会"的重要组成部分。学习型党支部应符合三个基本标准:一是具备积极获取信息的能力;二是能够正确引导职工的学习方向;三是具备开拓创新的能力。创建学习型党支部可以四个方面入手:1、建立符合实际的学习运行机制;2、合理营造良好学习环境,丰富党员干部的学习内容,不断在实践中培养人;3、强化全员培训组织技能练赛,注重员工综合素质提高;4、加强导师带徒活动管理,形成人才培养长效机制。

This paper had conducted social investigation to prove that Party branches are the backbones in the effort of building a political party that constantly improves governance through study.Such Party branches are also key to fostering a trend of learning throughout the whole society.This paper pointed out the misled opinions in developing study-oriented Party branches based on the characteristics of research and production units,elaborated on what standards an eligible branch must reach and finally summed up the typical ways of building study-oriented Party branches in scientific research and production units.
