摘要
高技能人才是企业人才资源的重要组成部分,是企业竞争力的重要指标。由于历史的、传统的、体制的诸多因素影响,企业在高技能人才培养上,政策办法不多,工作相对滞后,制约了其长远发展。要实现企业持续发展,必须重视技能人才培养,研究加快其成长的途径方法,构建高技能人才培养平台,完善技能人才"培养、考评、使用、待遇"一体化工作机制,畅通技能人才成长通道,加速高技能人才培养步伐。
Highly skilled workers are an important component of companies' talent pool and an indicator of companies' competitiveness.Due to some inherited systematic factors,companies fell short of coming up with new approaches in cultivating skillful workers which had undermined companies' long term development. Companies that look to a long last development should pay attentions to skillful workers' training, seek methods to facilitate skill acquisition,set up training platform and improve the system of training,assessing, work assigning and paycheck setting.By doing so,companies will steer onto a fast and smooth lane towards a better equipped talent force.
