摘要
为了落实企业经营发展战略目标,完善激励约束机制,中国石化要求企业制定绩效考核管理办法。介绍了一些公司绩效考核管理的基本办法,提出了在绩效考核管理实施过程中发现的问题,并针对问题提出了几点具体的方案建议。
SINOPEC demands that its enterprises establish the method governing performance assessment to apply their operation and development strategic objective and perfect their incentive and restraint mechanism. This paper has introduced the fundamental method governing performance assessment in some companies, raised the issues found in the implementation process and presented a few of concrete programs accordingly.
