Fast rising of oilfield medical expenses of recent years has led to patients' overburden in medical care.It is not only difficult but expensive to see a doctor,which brings public strong response and becomes a focus of oilfield complaint reporting contradiction.This paper has analyzed the issue seriously and proposed relevant precautions.
