摘要
劳务派遣用工已成为油田生产单位一种重要用工形式,劳务派遣工已在油田生产战线上发挥着重要的作用。但是,劳务派遣工在企业认同感方面还存在一定的问题。我们只有采取切实可行的措施,才能从根本上增强劳务派遣工对企业的认同感,将他们的个人成长和进步与企业的生存发展紧密联系在一起,实现企业人力资源的良性循环,促进企业和谐、稳定、可持续发展。
Labor dispatching has become an important employment form in each production unit of oilfield and dispatching workers are playing a vital role in their production posts.However,they have some problems in their sense of identity with the enterprise.Their recognition can be enhanced fundamentally only by taking practical measures to bond personal growth and progress together with the development of their enterprise,which will create virtuous cycle of enterprise manpower resources and promote harmonious,stable and sustainable development on the enterprise.
