Practice and Experience of Strengthening Safety Management of Contractors

强化承包安全管理既是企业必须履行的法律责任,也是监管责任,更是社会责任。要想搞承包商安全管理,必须做好四个方面的工作:一是加强制度约束力度;二是加大现场监管力度;三是加大考评激励力度;四是加大责任追究力度。只有这样,才能排出安全管理的隐患,保证甲乙双方的安全,实现互利共赢。

Strengthening safety management of contractors is either a legal liability the enterprise must perform or a supervising responsibility,especially a social responsibility.The author advocates completing the management in four aspects: firstly,the enterprise should enhance institutional constraints;secondly,it should increase on-site supervision;thirdly,it should intensify evaluation excitation;finally,it should increase responsibility locating.Only in this way can the enterprise force the hidden danger out of safety management,guarantee the safety of both sides and realize win-win in mutually beneficial manner.
