摘要
企业特殊的工作体制和性质,一定程度地影响着职工队伍的心理变化。这些心理问题如果得不到及时疏导,势必产生思想波动,导致职工队伍的不稳定、不和谐,影响职工的团结和企业生产经营。要以科学发展观指导思想政治工作的创新,要营造和谐稳定的环境,推进企业生产经营向前发展,就必须重视职工队伍的心理疏导,引导他们的思想和行为朝积极的方向转化,增强思想政治工作的有效性。
The particular system and nature of a company's work may to some extent decide the psychological development of employees.If the mental conflicts cannot be solved timely,it may cause huge swinging in workers' mind which can lead to instability and confrontations that undermine the normal business operation.Therefore a company should take employees' mental issues seriously by leading a positive role in psychological and behavioral guidance and conducting more effective and innovative ideological education according to the scientific view of development so as to create a harmonious working environment conducive to better production and operation.
