摘要
做好信访接待工作,必须做到"四要":要耐心倾听,善于沟通;要优化环境,文明接待;要加强学习,掌握政策;要注重实效,解决问题,只有这样才能提高接访质量,切实解决信访问题。
To properly handle the visits and letters from citizens,the officials in charge should have patience to listen to and communicate with visitors,create friendly environment for reception,improve their own understanding of policies and keep up with changes to solve the most immediate issues.Only by doing so can officials become more efficient in their work.
