摘要
遵循培训规律,坚持以人为本,针对需求分类开展人力资源培训工作;以"用"为需,针对科研院所特点开展培训;以"评"促训,正确评价运用培训结果;通过培训,提升员工的整体素质。
This paper suggests that developing training for human resources follow the training law,put people first and meet the demand class;that developing training focus on practical need and characteristic of scientific research institutes.It also advocates boosting training through assessment and correctly evaluating training effects,and promoting overall quality of personnel by training.
