基于COMSOL的电容层析成像系统灵敏度场的计算 被引量:10

摘要 电容层析成像技术是检测两相流或多相流的过程检测技术,在工业领域中有着广泛的用途.要实现电容层析成像的图像重建工作必须先获得精确的灵敏度场数据,但是求取电容层析成像系统的灵敏度场矩阵十分复杂,而且编写有限元网格剖分模型的程序也相对繁琐和困难,且设定好的网格不易于快速修改.鉴于此,提出一种利用有限元软件COMSOL和电势分布来求解灵敏度场矩阵的方法.最后通过仿真实验进行了验证.仿真实验结果也证明了这种灵敏度场计算的有效性和可靠性. Electrical capacitance tomography technique is a process detecting technique which is used to detect the two-phase flow or multiphase flow.It is widely used in the industrial field.In order to implement the image reconstruction of electrical capacitance tomography,the accurate data of sensitivity field must be obtained at first.But it is extremely complex to compute the sensitivity field matrix of electrical capacitance tomography system.And it is difficult to program the grid model of finite element,and the predetermined grid isn't easy to be modified.In view of the above problem,the calculation method of sensitivity field of electrical capacitance tomography system based on COMSOL software and the potential distribution is presented in this paper.Finally this method is validated by the simulation experiment.The simulation experiment results have shown that this calculation method of sensitivity field is reliable and effective.
