Stage characteristics of technology transfer in Liaoning

技术转移是促进区域经济健康快速发展,提升自主创新能力的重要手段,有效促进技术转移,对目前辽宁省实现全面振兴老工业基地具有十分重要的战略意义。本文对辽宁省技术转移的发展历程进行了简要回顾,提出辽宁省技术转移的三个发展阶段,并对每个阶段的特点进行了归纳分析,以期为辽宁省相关单位开展技术转移活动以及政府相关部门制定促进技术转移的政策措施提供有益参考。

Technology transfer is the important means to promote the development of regional economy and the ability of independent innovation.Effective promotion of current technology transfer has impor-tant strategic significance for the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning old industrial base.The devel-opment course of Liaoning's technology transfer was reviewed briefly and three developing stages of Lia-oning's technology transfer was put forward.Summaries were made of the characteristics of each stage.The results will provide help for corresponding organizations to conduct technology transfer and for rele-vant government departments to make technology transfer policies.
