摘要
2009—2010年在安徽舒城和合肥对不同基质与油茶扦插苗生长的关系进行了研究,通过9种基质的栽植比较,筛选出适合油茶生长的基质。结果表明:与对照组相比,基质Ⅲ、Ⅶ的栽植成活率是最高的,分别高出对照组20%、16%;对叶片数、苗高、地上质量、全株质量的生长有显著影响的基质是Ⅵ和Ⅴ,所对应油茶的叶片数平均值分别高出对照组84.21%、78.95%,茎高平均值分别高出56.34%和20.03%,地上质量平均值分别高出94.59%和54.05%;全株质量平均值分别高出121.52%和81.01%。基质Ⅲ、Ⅷ的地下部分生长明显,地下质量平均值高出对照组193.75%、118.75%;基质Ⅶ对油茶的主根长度生长影响较明显,所对应的5组根系长度的平均值高出对照组153.44%。
The relationships between 9 substrates and the growth of Camellia oleifera container steckling were studied to screen out the optimum substrate suitable for the growth of C.oleifera from 2009 to 2010 in ShuCheng and Heifei,Anhui province.The results showed that: the planting survival rate of the substrate Ⅲ,Ⅶ,were 20%,16% respectively higher than the control group(CG);the substrate Ⅵ and Ⅴ had significant effects on the growth of the cuttings,such as the number of leaves,which were 84.21% and 78.95% higher than CG;the height were 56.34% and 20.03% higher than CG;the growth of aboveground weight were 94.59%,54.05% respectively higher than CG and the whole plant of weight were121.52% and 81.01% higher than CG;underground weight of substrate Ⅲ and Ⅷ were 193.75% and 118.75% respectively higher than CG;the length of main root of substrate Ⅶ was153.44% higher than CG.
