摘要
目的建立一个可行、准确的PCR-SSP实验系统用于Diego血型的检测。方法初步建立检测Diego血型的PCR-SSP实验系统,对合肥地区258份随机无偿献血者的血样进行检测,初步确定其Diego血型类型,用血清学方法对样品进行平行检测,以验证所设计的PCR-SSP实验系统的准确性。结果建立了Diego血型的PCR-SSP检测方法。258份随机标本中,检测到Dia-b+254份、Dia+b+4份,无Dia+b-和Dia-b-,与血清学检测结果基本一致。结论所设计的PCR-SSP实验系统可以较准确地检测出标本的Diego血型类型。
Objective To establish the moleculer detection method of Diego blood group.Methods Establishing the PCR-SSP detection method of Diego blood group to detect 258 samples from Hefei.At the same time,to examine the results of the molecular method by serum method.Results The molecular method of Diego blood group was established.254 Dia-b+ and 4 Dia+b+ were detected in 258 samples,no Dia+b-and Dia-b-.The molecular method and the serum method have the same results.Conclusion The molecular method of Diego blood group can be applied in detection of Diego blood group.
