通过总结北京市的水资源与开发利用的现状和特点,剖析了水资源和社会经济发展中存在的问题,依据首都的定位及可持续发展的思想,提出了使北京市水资源与社会经济协调发展的措施和建议。

Based on the summarization made on the status and characteristics of the water resources development and utilization in Beijing,the existed problems in the field of the water resources and socio-economic development are analyzed herein,and then the measures and suggestions for the coordinated development between the water resources and socio-economic development of Beijing are put forward in accordance with the positioning and the idea of the sustainable development of the capital.
