河流健康及其综合评价研究——以承德市武烈河为例 被引量:9

摘要 在国内外相关研究成果的基础上,系统剖析了河流健康的概念及内涵;并从河流廊道基本环境、河流生态支撑功能及社会经济服务功能三方面出发,综合分析河道形态结构、水量、水质、水沙、水生态、河岸带、社会经济等因素,构建了河流健康综合评价指标体系。考虑到河流健康概念的模糊性,本文采用可变模糊评价法进行河流健康综合评价,并以武烈河高寺台—入滦河口段为例进行实例分析。应用结果表明,该评价体系及方法能有效识别河流健康状况,可为河流管理提供技术支撑。 Based on the relevant study achievements at home and abroad,the concept and connotation of river health are analyzed herein,and then the factors such as the river geomorphology,water quantity,water quality,water-sediment,aquatic ecology,riparian zone,socio-economics,etc.are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of the fundamental environment of river corridor,eco-support function of and the socio-economic service function of river;from which an index system for the comprehensive assessment on river health is established.Under the consideration of the fuzziness of the concept of river health,the variable fuzzy assessment method is applied to the assessment on the river health,furthermore,an analysis is made by taking the reach from Gaoshitai to Luanhe River Estuary of Wuliehe River as an actual case.The application result shows that the assessment system can not only identify the river health status effectively,but can also provide a technical basis for the river management concerned.
