浅谈水工起重设备钢丝绳内部质量弱电磁法探伤技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前各类水工设备安全检测的技术规范和标准中尚未规定如何对承力钢丝绳内部质量进行检测和评定。本文阐述了水工起重设备钢丝绳内部质量弱电磁法探伤技术研究的必要性、主要研究内容和主要研究方法,指出为保证水工起重设备(在用和新制造)的安全运行,须编制《弱电磁法水工设备钢丝绳内部质量检测技术规程》,用以指导钢丝绳内部质量探伤。 At present,there are no any rules or specifications on how to detect and assess the internal quality of the lifting wire rope in all the current technical specifications and standards for the safety detections on the hydraulic facilities.The necessity,main study content and main study methods of the research made on the weak electromagnetic method based technology of the flaw detection on the wire rope of hydraulic lifting equipment for hydraulic facilities are expounded herein.It is pointed out that a 'technical rule for flaw detection on internal quality of wire rope of hydraulic lifting equipment for hydraulic facilities' must be compiled,so as to guide the detection on the internal quality of the wore rope for ensuring the safety operations of the lifting equipment(on-service ones or new ones) concerned.
