地方高校基层人才培养之探讨——以贺州学院为例

An Investigation of Cultivating Fundamental Talents in Local Colleges and Universities:A Case of Hezhou University

一直以来,地方高校充分发挥自身优势,为基层单位培养和输送了大量优秀毕业生,为地方经济和社会发展做出了巨大贡献。然而,地方高校在基层人才培养的过程中同样面临诸多问题与挑战,例如如何把握区域特征和基层单位的实际需求、部分学生的基层适应力和行动力不强、部分学生的精神素养与现实要求有差距等。针对这些问题,文章将以贺州学院为例对基层人才培养的策略进行探讨。

For a long time,local colleges and universities have fully made use of their own advantages to cultivate and transport large numbers of excellent graduates to fundamental organizations and institutions,thus making great contributions to local economic and social development.However,local colleges and universities are faced with many problems and challenges in cultivating fundamental talents.The problems of how to strike a balance between local features and the real requirements of fundamental organizations and institutions,of some students' poor abilities to adapt and act,of part of students' spiritual qualities that not satisfy the realistic needs,and various problems are all included.In terms of these problems,this thesis will take Hezhou University as an example and launch an investigation into the strategies for cultivating fundamental talents.
