Zeng Guopan and Li Hongzhang were the important persons in the late Qing Dynasty who had made great contributions to the late Qing government.While the difference in the influence of China traditional cultures and abilities to accept foreign things had made them show great differences in personal charm,dealing with westernization movement and foreign affairs,which has made us better understand their role and contributions in China contemporary history.
