摘要
民间金融的迅速发展是现今社会不容忽视的一种经济现象,在我国,社会历史因素的影响和中小企业融资难是其存在的主要原因。目前,我国民间金融活动的法律依据散见在《合同法》、《民法通则》等部门法和其他相关规定中,但仍需进一步改进和完善,以更好的适应社会与经济的发展。
The speed development of private finance can't be overlooked in the modern society.In China,the influence of historical factors and middle and small businesses' difficulties in financing are the main reasons for private finance.The legal basis of private finance activities is in Contract Law,General Civil Law and other regulations,which needs further reform and improvement so as to better serve the development of society and economy.
