On Feasible Promotion of Kabaddi in China

卡巴迪运动源于古代西亚,起初只是一种古老的民间游戏,用作个人进攻和防守的练习。后来逐渐传到南亚的巴基斯坦、斯里兰卡、尼泊尔、缅甸等国。卡巴迪第一次在国际上亮相是在1936年的柏林奥运会;1990年北京亚运会,卡巴迪被列为正式比赛项目。目前,这项运动已经推广到日本、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、印度尼西亚、韩国、中国等国家。

Kabaddi origins ed from the ancient West Asia,which at first just was an old folk game used as personal attack and defense practice.Then it was gradually spread to countries of South Asia,including Pakistan,Sri Lanka,Nepal,and Burma.The first international appearance of Kabaddi was in the Berlin Olympics in1936.In 1990 Beijing Asian Games Kabaddi was listed as an official event.Currently,the sport has been spread to Japan,Singapore,Malaysia,Thailand,Indonesia,Korea,China and other countries.
