特种作战蛙人选材研究

The Study on the Selection of the Special Troops of Frogman

以海军陆战某旅蛙人中队为研究对象,通过文献资料法、对比分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对特种作战蛙人中队队员选材现状及可行性进行了分析研究。结果显示,在特种作战蛙人中队进行选材是非常有必要的,现有的技术条件使蛙人中队选材成为可能。

By means of literature reviews,interview and logic reasoning,make a study on the selection of the special troops of frogman.It indicates that it was necessary and feasibility to select good soldiers in the troops of frogman.
