摘要
"换位教学法"是由学员担当"教员"的角色走上讲台进行示教作业。在军事体育教学中将"换位教学法"与传统教学方法结合使用,可充分发挥学员的主观能动性和创造性,大大提升教学效果。
The exchange position method of teaching is formed by students as `teachers' roles onstage for teaching operation,in the military sports teaching,the combination using of the exchange position method and traditional method can give full play to students' subjective initiative and creativity,in addition to enhance teaching effect significantly.
