摘要
目前在低姿匍匐训练中,普遍存在动作速度慢、身体姿势高等不足,为揭示其运动规律,选取部分优秀学员为研究对象,采用运动生物力学研究方法进行研究。结果发现,低姿匍匐是周期性动作,分为两个阶段;下肢的伸展动作是低姿匍匐的关键环节,但上肢的配合也很重要;训练中要遵循"低"和"快"的原则。
Training in low position creeping,there is slow movement speed and high position problems,in order to reveal its motion law,three excellent trainees of college selected for study.Using biomechanics research methods for research.The results showed that low position creeping is a cyclical movement,divided into two stages;Lower limb stretching movement is the key link,but is also very important coordinated with upper limb;Training should follow the 'low' and 'fast' principle.
