摘要
核心力量是现代体能训练的重要内容之一,在运动训练领域是个新的研究课题,在部队体能训练中还鲜见应用。通过阐述核心力量的概念、核心力量训练的作用、归纳核心力量的训练方法,总结出适用于部队实际开展的训练方法。
Core strength training is one of the important part of the modern physical fitness training,which is a newly rising focus in the sports training area and is not commonly used in the military physical fitness training.By illustrating the concept,the function,and the training methods of the core strength,this paper tend to find out some practical ways suitable for the military units to carry out the core strength training.
